In 2016 our Nursery room underwent a complete renovation. This renovation included doubling the floor space along with the installation of a bathroom. Our Nursery room can cater for Infants from 0 up to the age of 2 years. Our Nursery program is run by 3 fully qualified Early Childhood Educators with knowledge and experience in caring for infants and toddlers of all ages.

Unlike other rooms in our Centre the Nursery runs on each child's individual routine. This means that the children eat, sleep and play at all different times of the day depending on their age and individual needs. The room has a large open indoor play space, a separate bathroom/changing facility, a sleep room containing 10 cots, a fenced bottle prep/ food prep area and a large beautiful natural outdoor environment. The indoor play space and cot room are both fully air-conditioned.

Families will need to provide nappies, wipes, several changes of clothes, formula or breastmilk and bottles, dummy/pacifiers if required, any form of comforter and any nappy creams or teething gels. If your child requires medication whilst in care (including Panadol or Nurofen) it will need to have a label on it from the pharmacy with your child's full name and the dosage required.

We run an educational program based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) throughout the Centre including our Nursery room. This educational program is documented on Storypark (see more about this on our Curriculum page) and is available to all families at all times. We believe strongly in maximising "Teachable Moments" within our Nursery room, this means taking opportunities during routine times to create and build on learning experiences.
